Osome is the silent hero in the background helping over 7,500 businesses spend less time on routine admin and more time on changing the world for the better. We’ve built our own app and web product and are automating accounting, tax, company formation, and other tasks. The product we've built is paired with a team of accountants and tax professionals to provide reliable and fast service at accessible rates.
We have recently raised a funding round and are experiencing tremendous growth in both clients and team members. We have over 250 staff from 15 countries and have offices in Singapore (HQ), London, Hong Kong, Moscow, and Kuala Lumpur. What you'll be doing:
- Planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns that support Osome’s growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
- Ensuring best possible spend optimization by continuously optimising campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets, and other strategies
- Managing full-cycle execution of campaigns with varying objectives across paid media channels
- Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimising campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
- Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
- Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done/approved
- Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation
- Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
- You will manage a budget, allocate proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
What you'll need: - Minimum of 3 years of business experience in digital or performance marketing in an international startup environment
- In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Affiliate networks with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
- Very good understanding of digital data analytics
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in the English language
